Return Policy for Family Day Care Diary

Eligibility for Return
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
• Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging.
Return Process
1. Initiate Return: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your diary to initiate the return process.
2. Return Authorization: Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) Excell Team.
3. Package Return: Securely package the diary and include the RAN inside the package.
4. Shipping: Use a trackable shipping method to return the diary to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect the returned diary, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will cover the cost of the diary but exclude shipping fees, except in cases of defective products.
Non-Returnable Items
• Personalized or custom diaries.
• Diaries that show signs of use or damage.
Exchanges
